Butchery Demonstration

Sunday 5th April, 12.00-14.30

In this session we will demonstrate how to break down a whole carcass into the different cuts. We will discuss how to prepare and cook the component parts, and you can have a go at some butchery techniques yourself.


Kids cooking

I wanted to let you know how delighted we are to be cooking with our kids at home during this lockdown and to find out how much they have learned and enjoyed during their cooking lessons with you while at Verbier International School. We are being taught the Cat method for everything from cracking eggs to making gyoza, its absolutely great! Thanks a million xx
