Cookery Courses

With space for up to 12 students at a time, our beautiful bespoke classroom is kitted out with state of the art induction hobs, plenty of ovens and even height-adjustable work stations. We have a beautiful dining room and terrace for eating your creations on afterwards and we’ll even do your washing up for you, in our separate utility room - unless you are a child, in which case you need to learn this useful skill!

Check out our calendar of courses – you can click to find out what’s running during the month, with prices and a simple online booking facility. We can also arrange classes for private groups or individuals specially tailored to your requirements. 

We can allow for most food allergies or specific dietary requirements in our courses, but you must let us know in advance or we can’t guarantee we can accommodate them on the day.

We can provide gift vouchers for you to purchase for birthdays, Christmas or special occasions. These are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and the course must be booked in advance.

Winter courses

There might be lots of reasons why you might not be up the mountain while here in Verbier. We can offer you a fun, informative and creative alternative to winter sports in the centre of the village. We run many different courses across the week, allowing you to choose how much time you would like to dedicate to this; and we would be delighted to see you for as many or as few as suits you.

Summer courses

We are open year-round and we have a selection of courses available as always. Our Round The World series continues with a different cuisine featuring every week, and Cocktails and Canapés, on the first Thursday of every month, is the perfect way to have a sociable apéro with a twist. We continue to offer specialist courses, on Saturdays throughout May and June, so sign up if you want to really get to grips with something specific - barbecues, gluten-free baking and bread are all coming up in the next month or two!

Intensive gap year courses

In October and November 2018 we will be holding two-week beginners' cookery courses for school leavers, gap year students and potential chalet hosts. These will be comprehensive cooking courses to help students survive chalet life and get to grips with living away from home for the first time. They will cover all the basic cooking skills needed, as well as how to entertain and good housekeeping. The course includes five days tuition per week over two weeks, with two meals a day provided during this time, accommodation on a shared basis (if required) and optional activities in their free time.

Kids courses

Would you like your kids to take part in really fun cooking lessons? We run three courses a week, year-round, for 5-8yr olds, 9-12yr olds and 13-16yr olds; where they can come along to individual classes or take part in a course of classes, and can build their skill set week by week.
