Gap Year Courses

In October and November 2018 we will be holding two-week beginners' cookery courses for school leavers, gap year students and potential chalet hosts. These will be comprehensive cooking courses to help students survive chalet life and get to grips with living away from home for the first time. They will cover all the basic cooking skills needed, as well as how to entertain and good housekeeping. The course includes five days tuition per week over two weeks, with two meals a day provided during this time, accommodation on a shared basis (if required) and optional activities in their free time.

Wedding cake

Cat I can truthfully say that our wedding cake was the most delicious that we have ever had! So much so that it has been a staple part of our diet in the few days since we have been married.
