Learn to chop, fillet, slice and dice at our knife skills workshop. Using knives is fundamental to cooking, and mastering that use is a game-changer. We'll cover sharpening, boning, filleting, efficient chopping techniques and make some yummy food along the way.

First Evening class

A thoroughly enjoyable experience for my first cookery class for many years. Mountain Thyme cookery school is in a beautiful building with a very well equipped bright cooking kitchen / space and lovely dining room. The class was fun and informative with lots of good teaching and advise on hand to improve anyone's culinary repertoire. Cat and Amy really go the extra mile to ensure you leave with lots of new skills, some yummy food and a smile on your face.
