A sauce can make or break a meal....come along and learn techniques and tips that will give you the confidence to create the perfect accompaniments to your dishes. We'll look at roux-based sauces, Hollandaise and its daughter sauces, reductions and a sweet option too.  

Bread making course

Just spent a wonderful morning making bread at Mountain Thyme Cookery School - white bread in a dutch oven; rye, honey n date bread; focaccia; sodabread and the best pizza ever. Never eating store-bought pizza again!! Go check out their cookery course, super reasonable as well.
