Summer Courses

We are open year-round and we have a selection of courses available as always. Our Round The World series continues with a different cuisine featuring every week, and Cocktails and Canapés is on the first Thursday of every month - the perfect way to have a sociable apéro with a twist. We continue to offer specialist courses on Saturdays throughout May and June, so sign up if you want to really get to grips with something specific - barbecues, gluten-free baking and bread are all coming up in the next month or two!

Getting your hands deep into dough is life-affirming and creates such a wonderful sense of achievement, not to mention the mouth-watering smell in the kitchen. When you know how, it’s not too difficult and needn’t take all day. Let us show you a number of classic loaves, with an opportunity to add some more exotic ingredients.

Thursdays 18.00 - 21.00 Every week we will find ourselves in another corner of the globe. We’ll cover cuisines ranging from southern France to China, India and beyond. Come and learn to make Sachertorte, chicken pho and onion bhajis among many others. The course includes the delicious dinner you’ve made and a glass of wine.
